Introduction

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    12 oz extra lean turkey(turkey breast)
    1 c. frozen onions & bell peppers, thawed
    1 Tbsp real bacon pieces(like Hormel or Oscar Mayer)
    1 tsp cajun seasoning(increase to your liking, though)
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/2 ground black pepper
    1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce (I use Texas Pete)

    Not included in calorie count:
    Spicy Scallion dressing:
    1/2 c. ranch salad dressing
    1 scallion(green onion), finely chopped
    1 tsp. hot pepper sauce

Directions

*Place grill pan on high heat for 2-3 min or until very hot
*In a large bowl, all ingredients.
*Wet hands to prevent sticking; form turkey mixture into three 3/4 in. thick patties
*Place patties in hot grill pan; cook over medium-high heat for 5-7 min per side or until cooked thru.(165 degrees F)

for dressing: combine all ingredients and put on burger upon completion of cooking.
