    *Dole American Salad Mix, 6 oz
    Cucumber (peeled), .5 cup, sliced
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, .5 cup cherry tomatoes
    Light Ranch Dressing, 3 tbls + water to thin
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), .25 cup, chopped
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped


I add various fresh veggies that I have on hand. I also add water to the dressing so when I toss - everything gets covered and yet I save on calories.
