Introduction

This is one of my favorite "easy dinners'. Made with the thin sandwich rounds instead of the buns, this cuts calories, and the spicy brown mustard gives the burger the kick you want! Ingredients



    3 whole wheat sandwich rounds (like the Natures Own 100 cal.)
    1 can Black Beans
    4 leaves Lettuce, red leaf
    1 Roma Tomato, sliced
    2-3 Mushrooms, sliced
    3 tsp light mayonnaise, 1 tsp. for each sandwich
    6 tsp French's Hearty Deli Brown Mustard, 2tsp per sandwich
    2 slices Onions, red are best
    1 spray Canola Oil Cooking Spray

Directions

Rice and drain beans and mash coarsely in a bowl. Spray frying pan with cooking spray and form beans into three patties and place in pan. Cook and each side 3 minutes (be careful when flipping, they will fall apart!)
Lightly toast sandwich rounds, and build your burger with the mayo, mustard and veggies!
