    2 Lbs lean ground turkey
    2 egg whites
    1/4 cup grated zucchini
    1/4 cup canned diced tomatos
    8 medium mushrooms diced
    3 cloves garlic minced
    1 small onion diced
    2 Tbs yellow mustard
    2 Tbs worstershire sauce
    1/2 oatmeal (mill in food processor with Italian seasoning and garlic powder to taste)
    Salt and pepper to taste


Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a bowl till blended. Spray a 13x9 baking dish with fat free cooking spray, form meat into a loaf and cook for about an hour.
