    Avocados, California (Haas), 2 fruit without skin and seeds
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    *Lemon Juice, 1 wedge yields


Cut avocado in half, remove seed. Cut in criss cross pattern, then scoop out with spoon. Add salt, pepper, lemon juice and pressed garlic clove (or powder). Blend with mixer on medium speed until well blended.
