    1\3 c nuts chopped
    1/3 c wheat germ
    1/3 c quick oats
    1.5 TBS sunflower oil or vegetable oil
    2 TBS sugar
    dash of cinnamon

    put in your our fruit this mixture has about 100 calories for 6 servings
    I put in I carton of blueberries, raspberries and strawberries


1. Mix all ingredients but the fruit together
2 Have the fruit in a backing pan, sprinkle the oat mixture over
3. cook for 30 to 35 min until golden brown

350 F degrees
