    Flour Tortillas, 12 tortilla, medium (approx 6" dia)
    ground Turkey, 1 unit, yield from 1 lb raw
    La Victoria Enchilada Sauce, 2 cup (16 oz can)
    Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 0.5 cup
    1 can green chillis


cook ground turkey.
add 1/2 can of enchilada sauce and green chillis. Simmer for around 30 minutes. Season with salt to taste. remove from heat and add 1/4 cup shredded cheese and stir.
Wrap in tortillas, and place in baking 9x13 baking dish. When all have been wrapped, top with remaining enchilada sauce and cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
