    Beef Broth, 2 of the paper containers (32 oz each)
    Carrots, raw, 2 cup, diced
    Celery, raw, 2 cup, diced
    Broccoli, fresh, 2 cup, chopped
    Cabbage, fresh, about half a head chopped
    Onions, raw, 1 medium chopped
    Steak Sauce -about 1/4 cup
    Stewed Tomatoes, 1 can
    summer squash, 1 medium diced
    zuccini, 1 medium diced
    green bell pepper, 1 diced


makes about 5 quarts in a crockpot. cook until all the veggies are tender.
about 15 one cup servings.
