    Oat Bran, 1.5 cup
    White, all-purpose, unenriched, 1 cup
    Flaxseed, 1 cup
    Wheat bran, crude, 1 cup
    Baking Powder, 1 tbsp
    Salt, 1/2 tsp
    Mott's Apple sauce cups, strawberry or any fruit flavoured, 8 oz
    Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed
    Buttermilk, lowfat, 1 cup
    Canola Oil, .5 cup
    Burnbrae Farms Omega-3 Eggs (large), 2
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Raisins, 1 cup, packed
    Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 1/2cup


1. Preheat the oven to 375.F. Line two 12- cup muffin pans with paper liners or coat the pans with cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine oat bran, flour, flaxseed, wheat bran, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
2. In a blender or food processor, combine apple sauce, brown sugar, buttermilk, oil, eggs, and baking soda.
3. Pour mixture into dry ingredients. Mix until well blended. Stir in raisins and cranberries.
4. Divide batter evenly amoung muffin cups. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in pans for 5 minutes before removing to a cooling rack.
