Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    * Spinach, fresh, 1 bunch (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 1 slice, medium (1/8" thick) (remove)
    * Garlic, 2 cloves (remove)
    * White Wine, 1 fl oz (remove)
    * Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce), 0.5 cup (remove)
    * Butter Flavored Cooking Spray, 3 serving

Directions

Cut off spinach stems and rinse fresh spinach thoroughly. Steam spinach in the microwave or on stove for 2 min. (*optional for faster results). In a pan, greased with butter flavored cooking spray, sauté chopped onion, and chopped or crushed garlic(*and un-steamed spinach) for 30 seconds, add steamed spinach. Add white wine and cook until spinach is wilt-y. Add your favorite red sauce (spaghetti sauce) to taste. (I prefer a smaller amount just to bind the spinach together) Sauté until red sauce is sticky and thick. Add more white wine to taste before completion. Serves 2.
