    1 medium head Red Cabbage, thinly sliced
    4-5 carrots, grated
    6-7 radishes, grated
    5-6 scallions, sliced
    1/4 cup olive oil
    2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
    2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
    2 Tbsp Honey
    1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped or 2 tsp dried dill
    2 tbsp pickle relish
    salt and pepper


Combine all of the veggies in a large bowl. Whisk the vinegar, mustard and honey together to combine. Pour the olive oil into the bowl in a steady stream whisking at the same time. Stir in the relish. Toss the slaw with the dressing season with salt and pepper.
