    1 1/2 cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    1 1/2 teaspoons dried roemary, crumbled
    4 tablespoons flour
    2 eggs
    6 pork chops, bone in about 3/4 inch thick
    6 tablespoons canola oil
    2 tablespoons smart balance margarine


Preheat oven to 350'.
In a shallow bowl or dish put the flour. In another dish put the eggs and beat them until well mixed. In a third bowl put the bread crumbs, salt, pepper, and rosemary and mix them to combine.
Taking the pork chops one at a time, dip them in the flour, then egg, and then bread crumb mixture. (pressing down with your hand to make sure the bread crumbs attach)
In a heavy 12" skilltet heat the oil and margarine over medium heat for about a minute. Add the pork chops, working in two batches) and cook uncovered for 3 minutes on each side until they are golden brown. When all of the chops are browned, place them in two 13x9" pans each containing a rack. Cover the pans tightly with foil.
Bake for 40 minutes, or until the pork chops are tender and cooked.
This recipe serves 6 people, 1 pork chop each.
