    Egg Subutate, 0.25 cup
    Pepperjack Cheese, 0.5 serving
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.33 cup, chopped
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 0.33 cup
    Scallions, raw, 1 small (3" long)
    Oroweat Whole Grain & Flex English Muffins, 1 serving


Cut all ingredients saute and then
add Egg subutate and cook
put 1/2 pepperjack cheese on and let melt.
Put 1 piece of Bacon on.
Toast muffin and then put mixture on.

Great breakfast.
