    1 pkg ready to bake whole wheat pizza crust
    1 C shredded fontina cheese
    2 sprigs fresh rosemary
    3 fingerling potatoes
    1/2 small onion
    6 slices turkey bacon
    3 servings Olive oil cooking spray

    2 C arugula
    1/2 lemon


Heat the oven to 450 with a baking sheet inside.

Slice the onion and potatoes with a mandolin to get thin slices. Cut up the turkey bacon into strips and add to the potatoes and onions. Chop up the fresh rosemary and add in, season with salt and pepper. Spray mixture with olive oil cooking spray and mix all together.

On the hot baking sheet, spray the olive oil cooking spray and then lay the dough out in the pan. Spread with the potato mixture and top with the shredded cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

Allow to cool slightly, then top with fresh arugula and a spritz of fresh lemon.
