Ingredients
-
4 oz white wine
1 chipotle pepper
2 tbs mustard
4 tbs barbecue sauce
1/2 can of black beans.
1/2 cup of yellow corn
1 tomatoe
oregano
2 tbs butter
1 pound of breast chicken
5 flour tortillas (medium)
1/8 tbs salt
1/2 tbs sugar
Directions
you need to cook rice, I just boiled with 2 spoons of chicken's bouillons. (1 cup)
At least 2 hours previous, marinate the chicken with barbecue sauce, mustard, and whine and the chipotle pepper in little pieces. (the most spicy you like it, the most chipotle that you can add.... but don't do more than 2)
Heat in a side the black beans, corn.
prepare to chop the tomatoes ( I just put a bit of salt and oregano)
In a saucepan put the butter to melt, add the chicken, keep moving the chicken for don't get stick, and when it's almost ready cook, add the salt and sugar.
Now all that you need is to warm the tortilla, and wrap all your ingredients in int, and enjoy!
