Ingredients

2 cans diced tomatoes, no salt added (undrained)
1 cup diced onion
2 cloves minced garlic
1 lb extra lean ground turkey
1 bag/box (12 oz) whole wheat or whole grain pasta any shape
1 cup diced green bell peppers
2 Tbsp worchestershire sauce
.5 tsp Steak Seasoning (Chicago or Montreal style)
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt or oil.
Brown meat with worchestershire sauce, steak seasoning, garlic and onions. Add green pepper during the last 1-2 minutes of browning. Drain if needed.
Combine the canned tomatoes, meat mixture and pasta in a casserole dish.
Cover and bake for 20-30 minutes.
If you would like to top with cheese, remove foil after 20 minutes, sprinkle with cheese (not represented in calorie counts) and bake for the last 10 minutes uncovered.
