With turkey bacon. With turkey bacon.

    3C kidney beans
    3C brown rice
    1 yellow onion (chopped)
    1 tsp olive oil
    2 tsp garlic powder
    2 slices turkey bacon (chopped)
    1 tsp raw sugar
    1 tsp each: oregano, thyme, basil, marjoram, ground black pepper, parsley
    1 tsp chili powder


Cook beans and rice beforehand, or use canned beans.
Add all ingredients in crock pot and cook for a few hours.
