    -- 1 lb. de poulet hache extra-maigre
    -- 1 tasse de salsa douce
    -- 6 champignons blancs moyens
    -- 1/2 tasse d'oignons hachés crus
    -- 1 branche de celeri coupes en petits cubes
    -- 2 c. a the d'ail en pot


-- Donne environ 3 portions (pour 6 piments)
-- Dans une poele anti-adhesive faites revenir le poulet, les legumes et l'ail
-- Ajouter la salsa et les epices

Pour finaliser la recette :

-- Melanger par la suite avec du riz et farcir les piments de ce melange.
-- Saupoudrer de fromage leger et faire gratiner au four.
