    * Pictsweet All natural Cut Green Beans, 0.75 cup (remove)
    * Chicken Thigh, .5 thigh, bone and skin removed (remove)
    * White Rice, short grain, 4 cup (remove)
    * Broccoli, frozen, .5 package (10 oz) (remove)
    * *Blue Bonnet Light Margarine, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * Green Onions, chopped, 0.25 cup (remove)
    * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)
    * *Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp (remove)


heat pan with butter. Put in rice and frozen veggies with the meat. Heat all the way thru until rice is a little bit brown in spots. Then scrabble the eggs. Put into pan and mix it up. Cook until egg is cooked thru.
