    4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    2 cups uncooked brown rice
    1 turkey kielbasa
    1 can garbanzo beans
    1 can black beans
    1 can kidney beans
    28 oz can of crushed tomatoes
    1.5 cup chopped carrots
    1 cup chopped onions


-chop chicken into bite sized chunks
-sauté chicken in water with onions
-after chicken is cooked, combine all other ingredients including water from cans of beans
-bring to a boil, stirring continuously
-reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 25 minutes
-let sit for 5-10 minutes before serving so that rice absorbs all of the liquid
