    2 lbs ground turkey
    1 cup plain bread crumbs
    2 eggs
    1 8-oz can tomato sauce
    2 tbsp Dijon mustard
    1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp dried basil
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp ground pepper


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, combine all ingredients until well blended in 13 x 9-inch baking pan, shape turkey mixture into oval loaf. Bake uncovered 1 hour or until meat thermometer inserted in center registers 165 degrees. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
* For darker crust, when meat loaf is done baking, place under broiler until crust is as dark as you would like it.
