Ingredients

    3 medium zucchini
    2 cloves garlic
    2 egg whites
    3 tbsp. parmesan cheese
    2 oz. light cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup bread crumbs

Directions

Grate cheese, zucchini and garlic. Mix all ingredients. Cook on a stovetop griddle. Use Pam to ensure that they don't stick.
