Introduction

I used what I had as left over from the day before to put this together I used what I had as left over from the day before to put this together
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    2 cups gravy (I used my vegan mushroom gravy)
    2 cups mashed potatoes (I used my vegan mashed potatoes)
    10 oz package of frozen chopped spinach (defrosted)
    2 packages heartline meatless meats chik fillet (16oz)

Directions

preheat oven to 375
reconstitute chick according to package
place chick on the bottom of a baking dish
top with spinach, top with gravy, then top with mashed potatoes
cover and bake for 25 min
uncover and bake for an additional 15 min
