    4 eggs
    4 tbsp shredded cheddar cheese
    2 tsp fresh parsley
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1/8 tsp pepper
    2 turkey bacon strips


1. Spray an 8x8-inch glass baking dish with cooking spray. Break eggs into dish; cover with milk; sprinkle with cheese, parsley, salt and pepper.

2. Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until yokes are completely set and yolks begin to thicken but are not firm.

3. Meanwhile, in a small skillet, cook turkey bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove to paper to drain.

4. Remove eggs from oven. Crumble bacon and sprinkle over eggs. Serve.
