Ingredients


    * Oats, 8 cup
    * Honey, 0.25 cup
    * Maple Syrup, 0.5 cup
    * Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    * Raisins, 1 cup (not packed)
    * Almonds, 0.5 cup, whole

Directions

Mix the maple syrup, honey and olive oil in a small bowl and microwave for about 1 minute till its well mixed together. Put oatmeal in a big bowl, and pour the maple syrup mixture into it. Mix with a stick and ensure that all the oatmeal has been covered in the mixture. Preheat your oven to 300, and divide the oats mixture onto 2 cookie sheets, or baking pans. Place in well heated oven, and stir every 12 minutes. Keep stiring until its brown and gets crispy.

Add almonds and raisins after its done, and allow to cool. Store in airtight container.

This recipe makes 20 1/2 cup servings.
