Introduction

I got this list of dry ingredients off of Allrecipies.com and reduced the amount of salt then used an Italian Dressing from here that called for Good Seasons but much less oil. These dry ingredients will make many batches of this dressing. The calculations are as if the total amount of the dry ingredients were used. I could not figure how to do it otherwise. Ingredients

    * 1 tablespoon garlic powder
    * 1 tablespoon onion powder
    * 1 tablespoon white sugar
    * 1 1/2 tablespoons dried oregano
    * 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
    * 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
    * 1 teaspoon dried basil
    * 1 tablespoon dried parsley
    * 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
    * 2 teaspoons salt
    3 T canola oil
    2/3 cup water
    1/4 cider vinegar

Directions

1. In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, sugar, oregano, pepper, thyme, basil, parsley, celery salt and regular salt. Store in a tightly sealed container. (Makes about 16 batches)
2. To prepare dressing, whisk together 1/4 white vinegar, 3T canola oil, 2/3 cup water and 2 tablespoons of the dry mix. (makes about 32 servings of 2Tbl. each)
