    1 pound lean groud beef or turkey
    1 med onion chopped
    2 cans corn
    2 cans dived tomatoes
    2 cans kidney beans
    1 pkg taco seasoning
    1 can tomato sauce


Brown the ground beef/turkey in large pot, cook until no longer pink.
Add chopped onion in with the beef and cook until softened.
Add all of the rest of the ingredients, DO NOT rinse or drain anything. Cook until heated through.
Serve with some grated cheese, sliced avocado, and sour cream.
