    1 Cup sliced mushrooms
    1/2 onion sliced
    2 Tbs sesame teriyaki (wasabi )marinade


slice tenderloin 12 pcs
marinade in teriyaki for an hour
slice mushroomd and onions.
heat frying pan add the meat and marinade add mushrooms and onions cook until done apx 20 min.
