Number of Servings: 4


    1 pound (4 steaks) Beef
    2 cups Beef Broth - seperated (or 1 cup Broth and 1 cup Dry Red Wine)
    1/2 cup Mushrooms - pieced or sliced
    2 tsp all-purpose Flour
    2 tsp Ketchup
    2 tsp Steak sauce
    2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
    1 tsp Ground Mustard
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/2 tsp Pepper


1. Season steaks with salt and pepper.

2. Brown Steaks on both sides over medium-high heat. Remove and keep warm.

3. Reduce heat to medium. Add 1 cup of Broth or the Red Wine to the pan and stir to loosen the browned bits. Cook for 2-3 minutes until liquid is reduced in half. Combine the flour and 1 cup Broth until smooth and whisk into the juice in the pan. Add steak sauce, Worcestershire, ketchup and mustard - Bring to a boil.

4. Return steaks to the skillet and add mushrooms. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until steaks reach desired doneness.
