    1 lb chicken breast
    bunch cilantro
    4 green onions or chives
    head of lettuce
    1 can old el paso green enchilada sauce


bake chicken and let cool.
cut up the chives and cilantro
cut up lettuce for the salad

heat up a little oil in a pan and add chives and cilantro. Add chicken and can of enchilada sauce. cook everything together for about 10 mins till it's nice and hot.
