OK, I'll admit it - these are totally decadent. This recipe makes a small amount. Only make them when you are sure other people will finish them off for you. Set aside no more than 2 for yourself (OK, maybe pop another 2 in the freezer for later)... work them into your food plan and enjoy a special treat occasionally! Ingredients

    1/2 cup butter
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/4 cup granulated sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/4 cups flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 cup white chocolate chips
    3 oz. crushed macadamia nuts

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In small bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. In large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla until well combined. Reduce speed to low, beat in flour mixture until just blended. With wooden spoon, add in white chocolate chips & crushed macadamia nuts. Drop by rounded spoonfuls, 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheets. MAKE THEM SMALL!!! Bake until just golden around the edges, 9 - 10 minutes. Cool on wire racks and beat back anyone (including yourself) who tries to devour all of them in one sitting. If you make them small, you should have 36 cookies.
