Ingredients

    1/2 cup light mayo
    1/2 cup light sour cream
    4 tblsp philadelphia vegtable cream cheese
    4 tablespoons fat free half and half
    1/2 cup grated carrots
    1 cup chopped celery
    1/4 cup chopped sweet onion
    1 can chopped water chestnuts drained
    2 hard cooked eggs chopped
    12 oz. pasta (fanfare)
    2 cans water packed tuna drained (regular size)
    8 green olives diced
    1 tbsp Old Bay seafood seasoning

Directions

Cook fanfare as directed , rinse and cool. Hard cook 2 eggs and chop let cool. Blend mayo,cream cheese, sour cream,and fat free half and half till smooth, Add chopped vegtables. Drain 2 cans water packed tuna and add to mixture along with 1 tbsp old bay seasoning. Mix all together and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. Makes 10 one cup servings.
