Quick ten minute meal over rice. Add Vegetables too if desired! Quick ten minute meal over rice. Add Vegetables too if desired!

    1Chicken Breast, no skin
    1/2 cup Salsa - any spiciness
    1 tbs. Vegetable oil
    1 cup Minute rice


Heat vegetable oil in skillet on Med-High.
During this time cut chicken into strips and remove any more derma mater.
Put chicken into skillet and cook on Med-High until chicken is seared on all sides and almost cooked through.
Add Salsa and turn heat to Medium.
Continue to cook another five minutes.
During this time microwave Minute Rice.
Put chicken over rice and enjoy!
