    2 big bunches of broccoli, 5-6 boiled in the jackets potatoes cut into cubes, 1/4 tbsp butter per serving, 1 cup of seriously charp cheddar cheese, himalayan pink salt.


boil the potatoes, chop and steam the broccoli, cut the potatoes into cubes, chop the broccoli some more and mash both together using a masher, add salt and cheddar and mix up. Portion into 2 cups per serving containers, put 1/2 tbsp salted butter on top a serving for heating later.
