    2.5 oz avocado
    1/8 cup shredded mexican blend cheese
    2 medium slices tomato, diced
    2 T mild salsa (price chopper)
    2 thin slices alpine lace swiss cheese
    1 3oz skinless chicken breast
    1 chi-chis whole wheat tortilla fajita style


cook chicken, lay out shell place toppings and cheese, fold in half, grill and enjoy! :)
