    1/2 lb lean hamburger
    1/2 cup diced onion
    1 cup chopped or sliced mushrooms
    1/4 cup flour
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    Garlic Powder and Salt to taste.
    1 cup cottage cheese

    1 1/2 cups rice
    3 cups water


Cook hamburger with onion
Add seasoning.
Add mushrooms
Add olive oil and flour
mix with water to make the hamburger have a sauce.
Use food processor to make cottage cheese smooth. Add to the hamburger and heat.

Cook Rice and Water and serve the stroganoff over the rice
