    1/3 C cocoa powder
    2 oz dark chocolate, melted (optional)
    1 Tbsp powdered sugar
    1/3 C milk
    3 large bananas, mashed
    1 tsp vanilla
    5 egg whites
    3/4 C AP flour
    1/2 C rolled oats
    1/4 C whole wheat flour
    1/3 C low fat cream cheese (optional)
    1 C chocolate chips


Grease muffin tins
Preheat oven to 350
Blend cocoa powder, sugar and milk in a large bowl, add banana, br. sugar, vanilla, and melted chocolate and mix.
Beat egg whites until soft peaks form
Mix flours and oats together
With a spatula, carefully fold in the egg and flour mixture into the chocolate mixture, alternating with 1/3 of the egg mix, then 1/2 flour mix, 1/3 egg, rest of flour and rest of egg.
Gently mix until all ingredients are just incorporated
spoon mix into muffin cups, plop in a dollop of cream cheese if you desire.
Bake for 35 min. allow to cool for 5 min. before cooling them on rack.
