    brown 3/4 of a pound of pork sausage, sprinkle lawerys on it while cooking, when sausage is done, spread 2 tbsp of syrup of the top of the meat and let simmer for a few mins. turn down to 4 or 5 heat on stove top and add 5 tbs of flour pour in about a cup of milk stir up, then 5 more tbs of flour and rest of milk, it will thicken after a while. add salt and pepper while making gravey.


makes enough for 3 people, add more flour and milk to make more gravey

    Its not very cheap on calories, but my old man is very picky about eating good food and he loves it, the syrup makes the meat taste really good and flavors the gravey also! hope you like it.
