    Zucchini, 567 grams
    Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes), 3 oz
    Cheese-Kraft Grated Parmesean, 57 gram(s) {NEED 2 OZ}
    Castle Wood Provologne Cheese(1 Slice= 21g), 2.3 serving {NEED 2 OZ}
    Basil, 8 tbsp
    Salt, 1 dash
    Pepper, black, 1 dash


Slice zucchini in to very thin circles, and saute them in PAM until lightly brown, put them aside. Sow saute the grape tomatoes for a few minutes in PAM. Put both of the vegetables in a large glass dish, and cover with the two cheeses. Add the diced basil. Boil the mother in law's tongue in lightly salted water, for 11-12 minutes, or until al dente, drain the pasta, and put into the glass dish with the other ingredients.
