Number of Servings: 4


    1 Tbls light olive oil
    4 pork chops, 3 oz of meat each (I like to cook mine on the bone and then cut it away before serving)
    1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 soup can of milk (~1/4 cup)
    0.5 oz hidden valley dip (half package)


Trim fat from pork chops and cook until browned in oil.

While cooking, mix soup, milk and dressing mix. When chops are browned, add to skillet, bring to a boil, then cover and reduce heat to low for 10 minutes, or until done.

Note: You can use the balance of the Hidden Valley seasoning by adding it to the water used to cook rice.
