    16oz of venison (or beef) round steaK
    1/2 cup onion (diced)
    1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
    1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
    Salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
    2 Tbsp olive oil
    1-15 oz can tomato sauce
    1-10.5 oz can spagetti sauce
    8 oz of whole wheat pasta cooked according to directions


Cut meat into serving size pieces and pound until about 1/8 inch thick. sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. mix together bread crumbs, onions and cheese and put about a1 tbsp. in center of each steak, roll up like a jelly roll and secure with a tooth pick or cooking string. heat oil in heavy skillet and brown meat rolls on all sides. Drain off excess oil and add spagetti sauce and tomato sauce, add spices to taste, cover and simmer for about 60 minutes. Meanwhile cook pasta according to directions, serve sauce and meat rolls over pasta.
