    4 cup Cabbage, fresh, shredded
    1 cup thinly sliced sweet red bell peppers
    2 raw green onions, thinly sliced
    3 medium Carrots, grate
    4 stalks of celery, thinly diced
    1/4 cup chopped Flat Leaf Parsley
    2 tbsp Cider Vinegar
    4 tbsp Rice Vinegar
    2 tbsp water
    10 packets of Stevia or to taste
    1 tbsp celery seed
    1/4 tsp sea salt or to taste
    black pepper to taste


In a large bowl combine all of the vegetables & chopped parsley.
Combine Cider vinegar, rice vinegar, water, stevia, celery seed, salt & pepper. Pour over slaw mixture & toss.
