Introduction
I am putting the regular version in first and then I will add "makeover" version in my recipe box, too. This is very party friendly and kid friendly and healthier than the cream cheese version. Ingredients
-
* Yogurt, plain, whole milk, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
* Gelatin (Jello) prepared with water, 1 package (3 oz) yields
* Water, tap, .25 cup (8 fl oz)
* Whipped topping, thawed, (like Cool Whip), 2 cup (or one small container
Directions
You need to bring water to a boil and then measure out 1/4 cup water to add to a 3 ounce package of Jello flavor of your choice. Our favorite is the banana/strawberry version and it makes pink fluff.
Once the Jello and sugar in the Jello is dissolved you can add the yogurt right away even while it is still warm. That will bring the temperature down quickly before you add the whipped topping. Gently incorporate whipping cream by folding it in.
That is it... you have fluff... :) Enjoy! Makes 12 1/4 cup servings
