    1 cans refried beans (I use fat free)
    1 1/2 tsp chili powder or ground dried chili
    2/3 tsp ground cumin
    2/3 tsp dried oregano
    1 Tsp garlic powder
    hot sauce
    1 1/2 cups hot cooked rice
    your favorite salsa
    7 flour tortillas (10-in.)

    chopped tomato
    shredded lettuce
    sliced black olives


1. Place beans in microwave safe dish.
2. Stir in next 5 ingredients.
3. Heat on medium power for about 3 minutes or until hot, stirring once halfway through.
4. Alternatively, heat over low heat on stovetop until warmed through
5. If mixture becomes too thick, add water
6. Mix in rice.
7. Meanwhile, heat the tortillas.
8. Place about 1/3 cup bean mixture in each tortilla, add salsa and toppings, and roll.
9. That's it!
10. These refrigerate well for a few days.
11. I can't speak for the freezer.
12. I end up with 7 medium sized burritos ( I just keep the filling in the fridge until I am ready to use :)
13. No one would call these authentic Mexican food; they taste more like a fresher and better version of Taco Bell, but they are very good.
