Number of Servings: 4


    2 boneless chicken breasts
    Lawry's Sesame Ginger Marinade
    1 cup carrots chopped
    1 cup onion chopped
    1 cup green pepper chopped
    1/2 cup fresh mushrooms sliced
    2 cloves garlic minced
    1 tbsp cooking oil
    Splash soy sauce
    whole grain brown rice


Marinate chicken breasts overnight making sure to poke them occasionally with a fork so the marinade soaks in well. Slice them in bitesize chunks. In a large frying pan or wok, add oil and stir fry the carrots, garlic and onions for about 5 minutes. Add all other ingredients including the marinade sauce from the chicken and stir fry til chicken is done. Finish up with a splash of soy sauce and serve over rice. Serves 4. Delish!
