    1/2 apple diced
    1/2 c. strawberries diced
    1/2 oz. ground almonds
    1/2 c. yogurt - fat free vanilla Activia is good
    1/4 c. cottage cheese
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tbsp. ground flax seed
