    1 cup of fresh chopped broccoli
    1 cup fresh cut and trimmed asparagus
    1 cup fresh spinach
    1/3 cup of onions
    One 10 3/4 oz can redued fat condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 cup of water
    1 Tablespoon chopped fresh oregano or basil
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 2 quart baking dish with fat free cooking spray. Layer the broccoli, asparagus, spinach, and onions in the prepared dish. In a small bowl mix together soup and seasonings. Pour over vegetables. Cover with foil an dbake until broccolis is crisp-tender, 30 - 35 minutes. Uncover and serve immediately.
