    Baked Potato (baked potatoes), 5 potato (2-1/3" x 4-3/4")
    *Daisy Light Sour Cream, 4 tbsp
    I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread (Soft), 1 Tbsp, 2.5 serving
    Fresh Chives, 2 tbsp chopped
    Buttermilk, lowfat, 1 fl oz
    *Cheese, Kraft Mexican Style Taco Cheese, 0.50 cup


bake potatoes in oven when done pull out and let cool so you can handle them, cut them lenght wise and dig out potatoes leaving the skin, place skins on cookie sheet, put potatoes into large bowl and combined with rest of the ingredients and mash (mashed potato style) when mixed spoon mashed potatoes back into the skins and top with more cheese and bake at 350 for 20 minutes until hot and cheese melts
