A yummy way to start off the day and keep you full. A yummy way to start off the day and keep you full.
Number of Servings: 1


    1/4 Cup frozen mixed vegetables
    2 egg whites
    1/2 cup black beans, canned
    1 tsp minced garlic
    salt/pepper to taste
    hot sauce (optional not included in calories)
    cooking spray


Spray skillet with cooking spray and heat on high. Add frozen veggies and cook until heated through, add garlic, eggs, and beans. Scramble until eggs are cooked. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and/or hot sauce. Enjoy! Goes great with a cup of greek yogurt or a tbsp of reduced fat sour cream.
