    Medium onion, chopped
    6 celery stalks, chopped
    5 carrots, sliced
    Garlic, 6 cloves crushed
    6 medium potatoes, cubed
    Lipton Dry Onion Soup Mix, 1 pkg
    Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Low Fat
    Beef Eye Of Round Roast, 2.25 lbs


Chop all veggies. Place everything together mixed in a crockpot. Put crockpot on high and timer for 6 hours.
